Agreement & Scope
These Terms of Service explain the general conditions governing purchases and online services offered by Zelorani™, operated by Chongqing Jiayingchuang Network Technology Co., Ltd.
By placing an order, customers agree to the applicable purchase conditions, subject to consumer protections provided by law.
Product Information
We aim to present helpful descriptions, images, and product specifications.
Customers should carefully review product details, including dimensions, materials, and selected variations, before completing a purchase.
Minor differences in appearance may arise from photography or display settings.
Prices & Checkout
Product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable checkout currency.
Taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges will be presented during checkout where required.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, stock availability, and applicable law.
Payment Authorization
Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout.
We may decline or cancel transactions where necessary to address suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, or unavailable inventory, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are prepared for shipment based on the applicable fulfillment arrangements.
Shipping estimates may vary by destination, product availability, and carrier conditions. Please review the Shipping Policy for delivery information.
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, request procedures, and refunds are governed by the Zelorani™ Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitations & Customer Rights
We aim to provide accurate information and reasonable service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
